We take on the development of such products for the requirements of a specific project: from a single unit to a limited series.
The purpose defines the device
Size, weight and the placement of connectors and controls affect everyday work.
A device may need mounting in a given space, connection to existing equipment, control in gloves or maintenance from the one side that can be reached.
These conditions are built into the design together with the requirements for computing, power, communications and data protection.
Hardware and software together
The housing, the electronics, the operating system and the application have to work in agreement.
The interface is made for the workflow. The system environment gets the necessary set of components. Communications and external connections are chosen for the purpose of the product.
Boot, main operation, diagnosis and recovery are treated as parts of one device.
Individual configuration
A project can provide for:
- Its own layout and housing design.

- Connection of sensors, instruments and peripherals.
- A dedicated user interface.

An individual product has to stay repairable.
Where it is justified, we provide for shared components and replaceable modules. This helps simplify supply, diagnosis and recovery of the device.
A unique design has to go together with clear maintenance for the whole agreed service life.
A single unit and a limited series
Even one device needs documentation, configuration records and checks.
For a small series, repeatable assembly, identification of each unit and change control matter as well. It has to be known which components are installed in each product and which software versions are compatible with them.
The scope of development, trials and support is determined when the project is agreed.
Discuss a device
You can start by describing the work that has to be done.
Where will the device be? Who uses it? What connects to it? Which requirements cannot be met by a ready-made product?
On this basis the design can be defined, the feasibility assessed and the requirements for a prototype prepared.
